Meet Trudeau Adjustment

Joshua Trudeau

Josh Trudeau is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the insurance claims industry, joining the family business in 2005. As the President of James A. Trudeau Adjustment Service, Josh has been at the helm of the company since September 2022, leading its operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. His extensive tenure reflects his deep expertise and commitment to the field.
Josh's role involves managing property and casualty claims, where he applies his comprehensive knowledge of the industry to assess damages, determine coverage, and facilitate fair settlements. His leadership has been instrumental in continuing the company's reputation for reliability and professionalism in the claims adjustment sector. 

Josh’s prior experience began immediately after high school as a crew leader for a national remediation franchise. Here, Josh received hands on experience in the field and developed an in depth understanding of drying and smoke remediation. After two years in the professional remediation field, Josh pursued a retail management career with Walmart and carried various hourly and salaried management titles in his seven years of retail service. During this time, roles included support manager, overnight freight manager, garden center manager, and assistant store manager. His ability to adapt and effectively manage a team provided the opportunity to work on special assignments such as traveling to new stores to train associates, prepare stores for inventory, and involvement in several store expansion and remodel projects. Josh has taken his experience working in a fast-paced environment with seasonal changes and high customer service demands and has applied those skills towards claims management.  
​His dedication to his craft and his ability to adapt to the evolving demands of the insurance industry make him a respected figure in his field.

He currently holds property and casualty licenses in NH, CT, and RI.

Elena Bourassa

  Elena Bourassa is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in property claims and customer service. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Worcester State University in May 2015 and continued her academic journey at the same institution, completing a Master of Science in Non-Profit Management in May 2016.
Elena's career in the insurance and claims industry is distinguished by her progressive roles and increasing responsibilities. Since January 2022, she has been serving as a Property Claims Field Adjuster for James A. Trudeau Adjustment Services, where she manages both personal and commercial lines. Before transitioning to this role, Elena gained valuable experience working on the insurance carrier side, further broadening her expertise in the field.
In addition to her professional achievements, Elena has demonstrated a commitment to community service and leadership. She has been a Vita IRS-certified volunteer for several years, assisting low-income individuals with tax preparation. Her involvement in initiatives like the United Way Day of Caring and the Special Olympics highlights her dedication to giving back to the community.
Elena's credentials include the Legal Principles Claim Specialist (LPCS) and Property Claim Law Specialist (PCLS) designations, underscoring her expertise in the field. Her diverse background also includes managerial and customer service roles in the hospitality industry, showcasing her adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
Elena Bourassa's combination of academic excellence, professional experience, and community involvement makes her well-rounded and highly capable claims adjuster.
She currently holds property and casualty licenses in CT, NH, RI, VT, FL, and KY

Michael Williams

  

Michael Williams is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in property adjustment, carpentry, and military service. His career reflects a strong commitment to excellence, adaptability, and delivering exceptional results.
Currently, Michael serves as a Property Adjuster with James A. Trudeau Adjustment Services, a role he began in February 2025, where he manages both personal and commercial lines. ​
Before joining James A. Trudeau Adjustment Services, Michael worked as a Property Adjuster with Crawford & Company. In this role, he performed similar responsibilities, further honing his expertise in claims adjustment and customer service.
Additionally, Michael served in the United States Army Reserve as a Signal Support Systems Specialist. In this role, he maintained signal support systems, provided technical advice to commanders and staff, and tackled troubleshooting and problem resolution for end-user technical issues. His ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems demonstrates his technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
Michael's educational background includes a certificate from Adjuster Pro and Signal Support Systems training through the U.S. Army.  
Michael Williams' career path showcases a unique blend of technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a dedication to excellence in every role he undertakes.

He currently holds property and casualty licenses in NH, VT, CT, RI and FL.
